Shipping Guidelines
Correct Address Formatting
Always use your assigned AERFEX Florida address with your AERFEX ID included exactly as shown in your account. See How It Works for a formatting example.
Customer ID Requirement
Every package must include your AERFEX ID (format AFX-000000). Packages without it may be delayed.
Invoice Requirement
Upload a copy of your purchase invoice or receipt for each package through your dashboard or pre-alert form.
Pre-Alert Instructions
Submit a pre-alert with tracking number, merchant, and item details before or shortly after your package ships.
Package Labeling
Merchant shipping labels must remain visible and undamaged. Do not remove or cover the original label.
Acceptable Packaging
Items should arrive in their original retail or manufacturer packaging whenever possible.
Fragile Goods
Mark fragile items clearly and ensure adequate cushioning. AERFEX handles packages with care but cannot guarantee against all transit damage.
Liquids
Liquids over standard carrier limits, or classified as hazardous, may be restricted. See Prohibited & Restricted Items.
Batteries / Electronics
Devices with built-in batteries generally ship without issue. Loose or spare lithium batteries require prior approval.
Food / Cosmetics
Non-perishable, sealed food and cosmetics are generally accepted. Perishables and items without an ingredient list may be restricted.
Oversized Packages
Packages exceeding standard carrier size limits are quoted individually — contact AERFEX for an oversized freight quote.
Dimensional Weight
Chargeable weight is calculated as (L × W × H in inches) ÷ 166, or actual weight, whichever is greater.
Storage
Packages are held free for 30 days after arrival. A $1.00/day storage fee applies after the free period.
Delivery Requirements
AERFEX is delivery-only, using contracted delivery drivers — a safe, accurate delivery address and reachable phone number are required. See AERFEX Door for service areas.
Prohibited / Restricted Items
Certain goods cannot be shipped, or require prior approval and documentation. See the full list before ordering.
Customs Declarations
Accurate invoices and item descriptions are required for customs processing. See the Customs Disclaimer for details.
