When you create an account, request a service, or contact support, you may give us information such as your name, date of birth, mailing and delivery addresses, phone number, email address, government ID (where required for customs or identity verification), and signature.

We store your AERFEX customer ID, login credentials (passwords are stored in hashed form, never in plain text), account preferences, and your history of packages, orders and support requests.

To process a shipment we collect package details (weight, dimensions, tracking numbers, contents description), purchase invoices or receipts, declared values, and the retailer or sender associated with each package.

When you pay for a service, our payment processor handles your card or payment details directly. AERFEX receives and stores limited payment metadata — such as the amount charged, date, and a transaction reference — but does not store full card numbers.

Like most websites, we automatically collect technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages, generally through cookies and similar technologies described in the AERFEX Cookie Policy.

When you contact AERFEX by email, phone, WhatsApp or chat, we keep a record of that communication, including its content, to respond to your request and maintain service quality.

For AERFEX Door delivery, we record delivery addresses, delivery timestamps, and — where applicable — a recipient name or photo as proof of delivery.

We use your information to create and manage your account, receive, process, declare, ship and deliver your packages, process payments, respond to support requests, meet customs and legal obligations, detect and prevent fraud or misuse, and, where you have opted in, send service updates and promotional communications.

We share information with service providers who help us operate AERFEX — for example, carriers and freight partners, payment processors, cloud hosting and email providers, and customs brokers — limited to what each provider needs to perform its function on our behalf.

Shipment, invoice and identity information may be disclosed to carriers, customs authorities and other government bodies in the United States, The Bahamas or a transit country where required to process, declare, clear or deliver a shipment, or as otherwise required by law.

Because AERFEX moves packages between the United States and The Bahamas, your information is processed and stored in both countries (and by service providers who may operate elsewhere). By using AERFEX, you understand your information will cross borders as part of the shipping process.

We keep account and shipment records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, customs and accounting record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete or anonymize information once it is no longer needed for these purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards — including encrypted transmission, hashed passwords and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can opt in to promotional emails when you create an account or subscribe on the website, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting info@aerfex.com. Service and transactional messages (such as shipment updates) are not affected by unsubscribing from marketing.

You can review and update most of your account information directly in your AERFEX dashboard. You may also contact info@aerfex.com to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your account, subject to our legal and operational record-keeping obligations.

AERFEX services are intended for adults capable of entering a binding agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and an account may not be created by or on behalf of a minor without a parent or guardian's involvement.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new “Last Updated” date, and will provide additional notice for material changes where required by law.
