Cookie Policy
AERFEX uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to operate the website, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. This policy explains the categories of cookies used and how you can control them. For more on how AERFEX handles personal information generally, see the Privacy Policy.
Essential
Required for the website and your account to work — for example, keeping you signed in, remembering items in progress, and protecting against fraud. These cannot be switched off.
Functional
Remember your preferences, such as language or previously entered shipment details, to make the site more convenient to use.
Analytics
Help us understand how visitors use the AERFEX website — such as which pages are viewed and how visitors move through the site — so we can improve it. Data is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.
Marketing
Used, where you have consented, to measure the effectiveness of AERFEX promotions and communications. AERFEX does not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
Managing Cookies
Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies through their settings. Because essential cookies are required for the AERFEX website and dashboard to function, blocking them may prevent parts of the site from working correctly, including signing in and completing a shipment.
This policy may be updated from time to time as the cookies AERFEX uses change; the current version always applies.
